Every U.S. W2 employee is granted the option of receiving healthcare coverage at 100% expense of the company. Employee spouses and children are also included.
New W2 employees will have a 60 day waiting period before their coverage may begin. If an employee goes through a trial period as a full time contractor, the 60 day waiting period can be waived, allowing coverage to begin immediately upon receiving W2 status.
Non-US employees are eligible for private health insurance coverage paid for by the company if they live in a country which does not offer a socialized healthcare program. The coverage details will depend on what is available but we will seek a plan which is equivalent to what US employees are given.
